For more than 30 years, I showed up and delivered in some of the most demanding corporate environments in the world. At a high tech, Fortune 500 company — where I spent over two decades — I became known as the person who could walk into complexity and walk out with clarity. The one who simplified what others couldn’t see. The one who got things done.
But behind the title, the strategy sessions, and the relentless drive to perform, I was navigating something that so many high-achieving professionals know all too well — the quiet cost of putting everyone and everything before your own wellbeing.
In 2022, I lost my father to chronic kidney disease and stomach cancer. I had walked alongside him through his battle, showing up as his caretaker with the same dedication I brought to everything in my life. But when he was gone, I found myself at a crossroads — depleted, grieving, and finally face to face with my own health in a way I could no longer ignore.
In 2023, I made one of the most important decisions of my life. I took a sabbatical.
Not to escape — but to heal. Intentionally. Completely. On every level.
I committed to whole foods and clean eating. I started juicing. I embraced yoga and consistent movement. I gave my body and my spirit the attention they had been waiting for. And the results were profound — I lost 30 pounds, got my blood pressure under control, and reversed Graves’ disease through lifestyle and holistic practice alone.
Let me say that again, because it still moves me: I reversed Graves’ disease.
Not with a prescription. Not with a procedure. With whole foods, intentional movement, stress management, and a deep commitment to treating my body as the sacred, intelligent system it is.
My father’s passing taught me that health is not promised. His journey — and my own — became the foundation of everything I do at Winman Wellness.
My approach is grounded in what actually worked for me and what the science of holistic health confirms — that the body has a remarkable capacity to heal when we give it what it needs. I bring the same analytical precision and structured thinking from my engineering and business background to every wellness plan I build, integrating movement, nourishment, nervous system regulation, and intentional habit building to support long-term results — not short-term fixes.
I don’t believe in extreme diets or exhausting workout plans. I believe in practical, realistic strategies that fit into the life you actually have — not some idealized version of it. I will meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be, with a structured roadmap and genuine accountability every step of the way.
Whether you are a busy professional ready to reclaim your energy, a team looking to build a culture of wellbeing, or someone who simply knows that something needs to change — I am ready to help you build the healthier, more balanced life you deserve.
Because I am not just your coach. I am living proof that transformation is possible.
